2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Liv Pure Peptides makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding any of its products. None of the products sold have been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.
3. Purchaser Qualifications
By purchasing from Liv Pure Peptides, you confirm that:

4. Proper Handling and Compliance

5. Release of Liability
By proceeding with your purchase, you waive, release, and discharge Liv Pure Peptides, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased. Liv Pure Peptides shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper or unauthorized use.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liv Pure Peptides, LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use, possession, or distribution of any product purchased from the Company.
7. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms stated in this Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement. You further acknowledge that you are using these products for lawful scientific research purposes only.
