Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026. Updated September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Liv Pure LLC (“Liv Pure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website or purchase from us. This website is intended for qualified researchers who are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we delete any such information we discover.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfil and record it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, order history, and the research-use acknowledgment you accept at checkout. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. When you contact us, we keep the correspondence. When you browse the website, our servers and analytics tools automatically record log data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit, the referring page, and the date and time of each visit.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to process and ship orders, to verify purchaser eligibility, to respond to questions and claims, to send order confirmations and shipping notifications, to maintain records required by law, to prevent fraud and abuse, to improve the website, and, if you have opted in, to send email updates about products and certificates of analysis. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in each message or by emailing us.

3. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and login working, to remember preferences, and to measure how the site is used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects log data to report on website traffic in aggregate; Google’s own privacy policy governs its processing of that data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling cookies may prevent checkout from working.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate the business on our behalf: our payment processor, shipping carriers, the platform that hosts this website, email delivery and analytics providers, and professional advisors. Each provider is limited to using the information for the service it performs. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Liv Pure, our customers, or others, and in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.

Email and text messages. If you opt in on a Liv Pure form, we use your email address to send marketing emails and, separately, your mobile number to send marketing text messages. Each has its own checkbox, neither is checked for you, and neither is required to contact us or to make a purchase. We keep a record of when and where you opted in. You can unsubscribe from email with the link in any message and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP; see our SMS Terms. Mobile numbers and text message opt-in data are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; they are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We keep order records, including the research-use acknowledgment, for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Log and analytics data are kept for the periods set by our analytics provider.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of marketing communications. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, email support@livpurewellness.com; we will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

8. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party websites, including testing laboratories and published research. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
