This Shipping Policy explains how Liv Pure LLC (“Liv Pure”) ships orders of research reagents. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or to addresses we cannot verify. We may decline to ship to a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of a product is restricted.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific time on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday are processed the next business day. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will email you with the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.
3. Carriers, Rates, and Delivery Times
Orders ship from California. Shipping is a $22 flat rate to any U.S. address: UPS Ground within California and UPS 2nd Day Air to all other states. Overnight shipping is a $69 flat rate and ships UPS Next Day Air. PO Box and Hawaii addresses always ship USPS. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping, although delivery times are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carriers do not deliver on weekends, so overnight orders placed on a Friday arrive the following Monday. Liv Pure is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check the tracking information before contacting us about a delivery.
5. Packaging and Storage on Arrival
Vials are packed to protect them in transit. On arrival, inspect the package and store vials as indicated on the product page and certificate of analysis. If you need a specific shipping method for your laboratory, contact us before ordering.
6. Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, and we cannot change an address once a package has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, if a vial arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email support@livpurewellness.com within 7 days as described in our Refund and Return Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
