These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Liv Pure LLC, a California limited liability company (“Liv Pure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase from us.

1. Research Use Only

Liv Pure is a chemical supplier. Every product sold on this website is a research reagent intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for veterinary use, and not for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic application. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and no product has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a recommendation for any use.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

You may purchase from Liv Pure only if you are at least 21 years of age, are legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals where you live, and are a qualified researcher or are acting on behalf of a research organization, institution, or laboratory. By placing an order you represent that each of these statements is true. We may ask for verification and may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Research Use Acknowledgment at Checkout

Every order requires you to check an acknowledgment box confirming that you have read and agree to the Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement. We keep a record of that acknowledgment with your order. An order cannot be completed without it.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we ship the product, and we may cancel an order before shipment for any reason, including a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a concern about eligibility. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

5. Product Information and Certificates of Analysis

We describe products by compound name, quantity, form, and purity as reported on the lot’s certificate of analysis. Certificates report the analytical results obtained by the testing laboratory for the sample submitted and are provided as information about the material, not as a warranty of fitness for any purpose. 6. All Sales Final

Because research reagents cannot be verified as unaltered once they leave our custody, all sales are final once an order has shipped. The limited exceptions, which cover an incorrect item, a shipment that never arrived, an item damaged in transit, and a product that does not match its certificate of analysis, are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

8. Handling and Compliance

You are responsible for storing, handling, using, and disposing of every product in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory practice. You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for a use inconsistent with these Terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept current. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, images, product descriptions, and design, belongs to Liv Pure or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or eligibility, to interfere with the website’s operation, or to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.

12. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites, including testing laboratories and published research. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and this website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for any particular research application.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liv Pure and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this website or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liv Pure and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your purchase, use, possession, handling, or distribution of any product, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and your continued use of the website or a purchase after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
