Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement

By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and this Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is entered into between Liv Pure LLC, a California limited liability company (“Liv Pure,” the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), and you, the purchaser (“Purchaser” or “you”).

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Liv Pure are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any application outside of a scientific research protocol. These products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Liv Pure makes no medical, therapeutic, or health claims regarding any of its products. No product sold on this website has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use. Any description of a compound on this website is provided as chemical and research context only and does not constitute a recommendation for any use.

3. Purchaser Qualifications

By purchasing from Liv Pure, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction; that you are a qualified researcher, or are acting on behalf of a research organization, institution, or laboratory, with the training and facilities to handle these materials safely; and that you understand and accept the risks involved in handling research chemicals. We may refuse or cancel any order where we believe these conditions are not met.

4. Proper Handling and Compliance

You agree to use all products in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You will take all necessary precautions in the storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products, and you accept full responsibility for the safe handling and use of any product obtained from Liv Pure. You agree not to resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for a use inconsistent with this Agreement.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by proceeding with your purchase you waive, release, and discharge Liv Pure LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, or losses of any kind arising from the purchase, use, misuse, storage, or handling of any product purchased from the Company.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liv Pure LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your purchase, use, possession, handling, or distribution of any product purchased from the Company, or your breach of this Agreement.

7. All Sales Final

Because of the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once an order has shipped. The limited exceptions for an incorrect item, a shipment that never arrived, an item damaged in transit, or a product that does not match its certificate of analysis are described in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Acceptance

By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to every term of this Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement, and that you are purchasing these products for lawful scientific research purposes only.

Licensing Statement

Liv Pure is a chemical supplier. Liv Pure LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Act.
