Modified GRF (1-29), also listed as CJC-1295 without DAC, is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analog of the N-terminal fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) with four amino-acid substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) introduced to resist enzymatic cleavage in vitro. It is used in receptor-binding, pituitary cell-culture and GHRH-receptor signaling studies. This listing is the non-DAC form; Liv Pure does not supply the drug-affinity-complex (DAC) conjugate.
CAS 863288-34-0 · Formula C152H255N44O42 · Molecular weight 3367.9 g/mol · Supplied as lyophilized powder, 5 mg per vial · Store sealed vials at 2–8 °C short term and −20 °C long term, protected from light.
Reference: in the GHRH-knockout mouse, once-daily administration of the albumin-conjugated form of this modified GRF(1-29) backbone restored growth and pituitary GH expression, indicating the tetrasubstituted sequence retains GHRH-receptor activity in a preclinical model (Alba M, et al. Am J Physiol Endocrinol Metab 2006; PubMed 16822960). Preclinical context only; not a statement about use.
The published in-vitro and preclinical literature on this compound, with PubMed links, is collected in our Research Library. Every tested lot’s HPLC purity result is filed on the Certificates of Analysis page, and our Testing and Quality page explains what those certificates do and do not show.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic purposes.
Every lot Liv Pure ships is tested by an independent laboratory before release. The certificate of analysis reports chromatographic purity (HPLC) for that specific lot, and the current certificates for this compound are linked at the end of the description above, and every lot Liv Pure ships is listed on the Certificates of Analysis page. Match the lot number printed on the vial to the certificate before the material enters an assay. If a lot you hold is not listed, request its certificate from support@livpurewellness.com.
